How to Book

Check DJ Availability

Check which DJ is open on your date by checking the calendar above. GREEN they are open, RED they are booked.

Book Your DJ
Once you receive your quote, click on BOOK ONLINE at the bottom of the Quote Form.

You can also click the below BOOK icon.

Once opened, complete all the details. Note, Package Name is any name you wish to describe your booking. ( for example : Adams Wedding )

Once completed, please hit CREATE DOCUMENT on the form.

A Booking Request will then be sent to EC Entertainment.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDER AS OUR EMAILS “SOMETIMES” CAN BE FOUND THERE – ADD [email protected] TO YOUR ADDRESS BOOK TO AVOID THIS.

Pay Deposit Once we receive your Booking Request, you will receive an invoice for $100.00 deposit. The deposit is the same for any venue, any package, any add-on, any DJ. An additional $100.00 is required to book our Videography package.

Deposit Paid

When we have received your deposit, you will receive a receipt and you are all booked. You will then be introduced directly to your DJ and set up your 1st meeting. You will also receive access to the online portal where you can prepare your music selections, listen to tracks and even complete a timeline. Your DJ will go through this with you at the 1st meeting.

The balance due and the song requests are all required 7 days before your event.
